Held firm by the Anchor amidst the storm.....

am really glad I spent time to really entrust my observation to the LORD. it wasn't the perfect session. students were just being themselves, not a bit nicer... strange they dunno how to wise-up. that surprised me, but that doesn't meani expect them to behave better for my sake. in any case, i taught the way i usually would.... admonishing where neccesary, giving them a break where i deem fit... ignoring my lesson plan. maybe that did help me score some points... so the assessments....

planning - B
developing the lesson - C
Communicating - B
Managing - B
Evaluating - C
Demonstrating professional qualities - A

quite a bit of hiccups occured RIGHT BEFORE THE LESSON!!! thank God He provided just enough resources such that i can progress with the lesson. it must have been a funny sight for my sup tho, to see me running in and out like 'an ant in hot pot'. he provided me with many constructive feedback.. and that's good.. appreciated his feedback.... but guess what? HE WANS TO OBSERVIE MY MUSIC CLASS NEXT!!!! i'm dead.... soooooo deaad.. everyone noes music classes are..... one word to describe... CHAOS!!!! *faint* aiya... not gonna think abt it now.. :)

now i can start working on my lessons tom... lol.....
