Just came across this in a book I'm currently reading - How to Listen to God by Charles Stanley.
"God never says anything unless it is important and worth remembering. He doesn't engage in chitchat. He doesn't preface His remarks with anything. God is always to the point. He has something to say, and He says it precisely and concisely."
Is that the case? I thot He takes time to say things to let us know more of Him too?
